Which areas does TMG Conseil cover?
Business strategy, operations and organisation, communications and brand identity, and information technology. An engagement can use one discipline or combine several under one contract.
How quickly do you respond?
Each enquiry is reviewed according to its context and urgency. The timing of our first response and, where applicable, a proposal is confirmed after we receive the useful information.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Video calls are the usual format for interviews and workshops. On-site work can be arranged when the project justifies it; the arrangements and any travel costs are then specified in the proposal.
Do you work outside Montpellier?
Yes. The registered office is in Montpellier. Engagements can be delivered remotely throughout France, with on-site travel agreed according to project needs. TMG Conseil claims no other location.
Do you work with B2B and B2C brands?
Both, without prioritising one over the other. On the B2B side, we support industrial SMEs, business services and mid-sized companies. On the B2C side, retail brands, consumer services and organisations addressing the public. The operating method remains the same; the deliverables change.
Is the firm genuinely independent?
Yes. No ownership stake in a software vendor. No commission. No systems integrator paying for a recommendation. Our advice remains free from influence, which is what makes it useful.
Which types of organisation do you work with?
Business leaders, founders, microbusinesses, SMEs and mid-sized companies. The format remains focused and accountable. Typical work includes strategic diagnosis, organisation redesign, deployment of custom business software and support for a growing B2C brand.
Who founded TMG Conseil?
William Eric Hardy founded TMG Conseil on 22 March 2024 and is its president. He graduated from Université de Montréal in international studies with a peace and security option, and also completed BTS SIO training through CNED. The company is a SASU with share capital of €500, registered with the Montpellier trade register under SIREN 924 986 946.
